Refund policy
Due to the handmade nature of our items all pieces are liable to have small quirks and/or variances. We feel that part of the charm of the handmade is that no two pairs are carbon copies and have small differences which make them as unique as you and me. With this in mind we do not issue refunds for items which have slight production variances.
We will only issue refunds for orders which are cancelled before we ship the order. Please review our shipping policy for details as to when orders are shipped.
Refunds
Only orders which are cancelled before shipping are eligible for refunds. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exchanges
We will only issue exchanges for orders where, for whatever reason, we have mistakenly shipped you the wrong item.
Due to the nature of jewelry we will only accept exchanges on items in their original, unworn condition. We will need to receive and inspect an item before approving an exchange.
We will not issue any exchanges on merchandise that has been worn for hygienic reasons.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not issue refunds on earrings for hygiene reasons.
